When one of their old movies becomes an unexpected cult hit after being re-released, Hollywood legends Kate Westbourne (Shirley MacLaine), Addie Holden (Joan Collins) and Piper Grayson (Debbie Reynolds) sign on to film a reunion special. There's just one problem: They all hate one another.
The women's long-time agent, the equally legendary Beryl Mason (Elizabeth Taylor), makes a smart deal and soon the rehearsals begins, but old feuds and petty jealousies suddenly take hold, putting the special and the women's newfound fame and fortune at risk.
