When Lisa (Jill Wagner) takes a last-minute Christmas trip to her hometown of Evergreen, she finds that the historic general store has closed its doors. Unwilling to let the cherished institution go without a fight, she decides to help it reopen.

As she charms a local contractor named Kevin Miller (Mark Deklin) into working with her, the pair is faced with one surprise after another, including a 25-year-old letter that never made it to the North Pole in the general store's beloved "Mailbox to Santa."

As old traditions are made new again, Lisa finds herself falling for Kevin, the town of Evergreen and all that it represents.

The film also stars Holly Robinson Peete, Barbara Niven and Sean McNamara.
