Gotlieb, Said Berguem of Morocco, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany Guenther van Well, Ambassador of France Emmanuel de Margerie, Elsa Trigos of Mexico, and Ambassador of Japan Nobuo Matsunaga.
